Common Questions

Where are my journal entries stored?

All entries are stored locally on your device. They are never uploaded to any server, so your writing remains completely private.

What happens if I delete the app?

Since entries are stored on your device, deleting the app will permanently remove all your journal entries. There is no way to recover them once deleted.

Can I transfer my entries to a new device?

Currently, entries are tied to the device they were written on and cannot be transferred between devices.

How does streak recovery work?

If you miss exactly one day of journaling, the app will offer you a chance to recover your streak by writing a makeup entry for the missed day using that day's prompt.
